I don't think it would hurt if you hit some boost, but I wouldn't be boosting everywhere. I would keep the RPMs low though. My instructor recommended keeping it below 3000 RPM for the first 1000 miles. Don't try to get your engine broken in on the highway though, you want the RPM to be changing and not just spinning at 3000 RPM until 1000 miles. I don't think it will hurt to not boost at all though. Changing oil often at the beginning (and immediately after the first time you warm the engine up) is the most important thing you can do imo. Some people go nuts, but at a minimum I would change it: after the first warm up, after ~50 miles, after ~500 miles, and ~1000 miles. No matter how cleanly you assemble it, there will always be junk in there that you need to get out.
